This will be a short comment, why are we sitting on our butts letting the price of gas go higher every day without saying a word, god forbid if we should protest. Why do we watch T.V. and listen about the money given to politicians for what?? The pharmaseutical companies run this country. With President Bush acting like a moron
on T.V. and in foreign countries, what must the world think of the American people?
Like, where are our brains? No one knows how to lower gas prices and oil prices??
I say protest, protest, protest. Take one day and do not use any vehicles or planes and see how much money these companies are going to lose. Are you afraid to stand up for our country and make it a better world? Take a week and protest by not using vehicles and planes or trains. Go to Washington and protest. I did and I’m a woman.
Wake up and do it, use a horse and buggy. Ride horses, ride bikes but do it!!!!!

I had the good fortune to speak briefly to Gina Garrubbo on a street corner in Monterey at the TED Conference. She had good advice…but more importantly, she saw us…looked at us, where many, many passed us by. A conference of forward thinkers that couldn’t see our desperate plea for human rights! Couldn’t listen…couldn’t see that we are speaking, from our heart, for the children, and all living being on the planet. We are guardians…all of us. We cannot be sprayed with pesticides, by air and walking into our yards, every 30days for 5years! Not only will we be sprayed every 30days, but the untested toxins are time released, so that they will be in the atmosphere for 90days…and still they’ll spray every 30days! They know it’s harmful to fish & birds…but still every 30days for 5years! Our children will be sprayed, our elders, our wild life, our environment. We will be sprayed from Carmel to San Francisco, CA. Please learn more (www.1hope.org/chkmate.htm). Even here, very few people know. Please, we need an advocate…PLEASE! If nothing else, this is a human rights issue & supported by many, many, many women who guard the feminine energy on our planet, which in turn guards life. But still…Gina looked…and we are grateful.
