The only change we need is a return to constitutional government. They are all arguing issues instead of sticking to principles. When one adheres to true principles, the issues workout themselves. Neither Obama nor McCain nor the legislature nor the judiciary are operating according principles outlined in the constitution.

John McCain doesn't need to say he will work for what's right. He's proven it in his decades of service. He's worked with others who are driven by the same principle, without regard for red or blue, but only for principles more noble than himself or his image.

Both candidates have made their arguments. Only one has proven himself.

I'm not on the fence anymore. I'm very much looking forward to having the first woman VP and, thereafter, the first woman President.

Obama has my vote and I've been a Republican my entire life.
McCain just doesn't seem forthright. He seems like he's just telling us what we want to hear.

I believe in 99% of everything that Obama has addressed and agree with his solutions. We need change and he WILL bring it when he becomes the next President.
That's the bottomline. No more Bush. No more wars and propaganda.

No more blood for oil.

Wow. How can ANYONE NOT see thru this guy? This rhetoric borders on absurd. Not only does he have no answers for anything except war and abortion... oh and forcing HIS own opinions and beliefs onto an entire country... he completely ignored a Veteran and brushed him off as "ground noise and static". I understand that he didn't have to address that man but I think that a little respect and maybe some compassion should have been in order. (The man wearing the Mc Cain Votes Against Vets shirt was a Veteran). Man... what a resemblance, of mannerisms and of pre-canned rhetoric... and of policies. If this guy doesn't remind you of George Bush... who does???

Can anyone else actually see thru this BS or is it just me?

Now don't get me wrong... he seems like a good, decent man. And I truly respect the guy for serving our country. No doubt about that whatsoever. But his agendas and ideas and policies don't seem to be truly his own. He seems sort of puppet-like.

And c'mon let's be honest here... McCain just plagarized Obama's who philosophy. The difference is that if Obama was to get elected... he WOULD implement these changes. McCain is changing his tune only to appease potential voters. It's blatantly obvious. Quite a few times during his speech... I actually said "Wow!" to myself out loud for witnessing firsthand McCain rip off some of Obamas themes. Even some of his suggestions. Since when did McCain EVER care about "wind or solar" power before tonight? It's almost a direct rip off. New energy? Really John? Really??? This is all Obamas ideas. Has anyone in the Republican party AT ALL... watched Obamas speech?

Actually... I guess someone has.

I've reviewed both candidates thoroughly. Obama has my vote... and it's not even close to be honest.

To everyone else... I'm not asking or telling you to vote for anyone. Not at all. Vote for who you want to change this country around. BUT please do some homework on the candidates. See what they are BOTH about. Which of them do you agree with more and why? These are questions you need to ask yourself.

Be smart. And vote accordingly.
