Why Isn’t Obama Man Enough To Run With Hillary?

Obama: Just Not Man Enough to Run With Hillary
It’s pretty stupid for a presumptive nominee not to run with someone who would pretty much guarantee a Democratic landslide in the fall, don’t you think?
So, why is Obama being stupid?
Why is Barack Obama not happily, eagerly, excitedly, passionately offering Hillary Clinton the VP spot?
It makes no sense, does it?
He doesn’t need 18 million votes?
His ego is too fragile?
He’s scared that Hillary Clinton might both outshine him and outthink him?
And he just doesn’t want to be out-shone nor out-thunk, periodically?
That would be a sure sign of Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome, sweetie.
A troubling thought. Very troubling. Very damaging to the party, and to the country. Unpatriotic, really.
Will Barack Obama, for the good of his party, be growing some cojones anytime soon?
And if not, why not?
———
What do you think? Can Obama win without Hillary on the ticket? Will Obama put his ego aside and ask Hillary to be his running mate? Would an Obama/Clinton ticket win in November? Let me know what you think in comments.

I supported Obama over HIllary, but I do like Hillary. And I think that she would help his chances in a general election (at least one point indicated that it would put him ahead by..i think 8 points?) – but I don’t think it’s in either Obama’s or Hillary’s best interest to have Hillary run as his VP.
Dr. Tantillo (‘the marketing doctor’) has a blog on branding ( http://blog.marketingdoctor.tv ) and did a post back in May on the idea of an Obama-Clinton ticket–arguing that from a branding perspective, it makes no sense, and actually wouldn’t be a good move for Clinton’s brand, either.
“Because of the length of this primary fight, brand identity and loyalty to brand have become central. What this means is that a kind of brand mutual exclusivity has set in.”
Also, Obama has a reasonably good chance of winning the election without Hillary. And he could choose another running mate who would further increase his odds of winning over McCain. Both of them have to think about (and, I think, are thinking about) not only winning the election but also the next 4 years that the would be working together.
And Hillary has many other directions she can go from here – without being #2 to Obama.

Why in the world would Barack Obama choose Billary as his VP? It doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. Simply because she was second runner-up does not mean she is the most compatable running mate to the winner. Its as if this sense of entitlement by Hillary supporters causes them to completely lose all sense of reason. Anyway, Hillary hasn’t made a forceful effort to curtail the insanity that is PUMA or No Deal or whatever other crazy group of priviledged women out there that refuse to accept her loss. Better yet, how many times do these same “Hillary should be VP!” folks need to be told that BILL WILL NOT GET WITH THE VETTING PROCESS OVER HIS FINANCES!! For the love of Moses, how many times do you have to be told this??
Yet Obama needs to bend over backwards……sorry, this ain’t Driving Miss Hillary.

It will be pure hubris if he doesn’t pick her and a slap in the face of all women. I’ve lost interest in the election now that Obama is the presumptive nominee…I doubt I’m alone.
