I don't think Elizabeth Edwards would have been as outwardly vocal against Hillary as Michelle Obama has been. I think what disappointed me the most of all Michelle's comments about Hillary...Was when she was asked if she would vote for Hillary if she became the Democratic nominee, and Michelle Obama said she wasn't sure if she could. Even if that is how you feel, that's just not the message you want to project if you are the wife of a candidate. Party unity is ultimately what it will take to win in November. Republicans have it...look how fast they all rallied for McCain (who many hated during the primary). Candidates and their wives, need to set an example for all of their supporters, that in the end they will come together and unite as a party. Anyway, that's just what I think. :-) Hi Pamela. All three are well informed, insightful and accomplished women. I have to wonder .. if it was Elizabeth Edwards who was advising her husband not to take on Hillary Clinton as a VP is this would even be an issue.
