Between Admiral William Fallon’s forced resignation and the jerry-rigging of the Iran NIE conclusions to change the focus from uranium enrichment to weapons design, things are not looking good for those of us who desperately want to stop any BushCo action against Iran in the waning days of Cheney’s regency.

Senator James Webb and Rep. Mark Udall are putting new energy behind a bill that would prevent the preznit from attacking Iran without Congressional authorization, no matter what the Kyl-Liberman Amendment says (or how BushCo decides to interpret it).
